TN to take a decision on sand mining soon

Tamil Nadu government will take a decision on mining across the state's coastal areas once it gets the probe report on irregularities committed in 71 mines leased to private firms, the State government saud on September 17.

TN to spend Rs 82.33 cr for NH upgradation

A series of road projects have been announced by the Tamil Nadu Government on April 15, including upgradation activities. The State Highways and Minor Ports Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami told the State Assembly that Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa had directed upgradation of 81.27 km of National Highways at an estimated sum of Rs 82.33 crore.

Danfoss signs MoU with TN

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noel Ryan, President, Danfoss Industries, that will pave the way for the allotment of 50 acre of industrial land in Oragadam, an industrial area located on the outskirts of Chennai.
